General Employment Information
Before you apply, here's what to expect — our story, how we run payroll and safety, and the benefits you'll earn along the way.
At Birmingham & Associates, we’re not built on volume—we’re built on people.
The truth is, this business is hard. Deadlines are tight, conditions aren’t always ideal, and problems show up whether you want them to or not. That’s why we’re selective about who we bring on. We look for people who take ownership, think ahead, and handle challenges without needing to be chased down.
We don’t expect perfect—but we do expect effort, accountability, and respect for the people around you.
What you get in return is simple: a place that operates the way it should. We treat people right. We pay fairly. We create real opportunity for those who want to grow. And we don’t box people in—if you’ve got the ability to take on more, we’ll give you the room to do it.
Our teams—whether in the field, in the shop, or in the office—are trusted to make decisions, solve problems, and keep jobs moving. That trust comes with high expectations, but it also comes with support and straight answers.
We believe in doing things the right way:
Safe work. Quality work. Honest work.
That’s not just something we say—it’s how we run the business.
If you’re looking for a place to coast, this isn’t it. If you’re looking for a place to build something, grow your skills, and be part of a solid team—then it might be exactly what you’re after.
