The is a new 1,961 SF “T” Shaped PEMB wedged between (3) existing buildings. Our scope included removing the existing slab and pouring a new 10” thick slab, new footings, new access ramp, and landing. The slab included a new trench drain and grating.
We provided and installed a new PEMB from American Buildings Company, (3) 3070 doors, (1) 10’x10’ Roll-Up door with motor, (3) exhaust fans, (3) louvers, and stainless steel valley gutters to the existing.
